Andrew McGeehan has been leading trainings and workshops and writing and developing policies for the past 10 years. Andrew discovered his passion for diversity & inclusion issues during his college life, where he was exposed to different ideas about identity, power, and inclusion.

Since arriving in Singapore over 8 years ago, Andrew has further developed expertise and knowledge around these issues, and has expanded his scope to include sexual misconduct and restorative practices. Andrew has been providing trainings related to consent, respect, boundaries, and appropriate response to sexual misconduct for the National University of Singapore and Yale-NUS College. Andrew has also led and collaborated on the development of institution-wide restorative practices and written policies on sexual misconduct, bullying, discrimination, and harassment.

Andrew formed Trident Training & Consulting in order to bring his skills, expertise, and knowledge to wider Singapore. Andrew is a skilled facilitator and you can expect professionalism, interactive activities, and context-specific content from his courses.

Outside of work, Andrew is an accomplished baker (creme brulee is his specialty!), cat lover, avid book reader, and mediocre runner. His favourite local foods are wanton mee, laksa, you tiao and BBQ stingray.
