Trident’s mission is to help develop and create institutions and organisations that are respectful, open, inclusive, and free of harassment. We do this through the delivery of context-specific workshops, dialogues, and trainings that are centered on issues of sexual misconduct, diversity and inclusion, and restorative justice. Trident creates positive change in your institution that will allow it to best support all of its members.

DEI Audit

Trident is available to conduct DEI audits to help organisations get a snapshot of their current landscape and culture. These audits help organisations identify next steps, and the resulting report provides short, medium, and long-term recommendations for moving along on a DEI journey.

Training and Workshops

Trident offers training in a variety of areas, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, conflict mediation, microaggressions, bias, and more! Trainings are engaging, interactive, and focus on developing new skills and creating impetus for action. Trainings can be anywhere from 1 hour to multi-day.

Conflict Mediation & Restorative Practices

Trident can facilitate mediation between individuals, teams, and organisations as a response to conflict or organisational challenges. Trident does this using a restorative lens focused on accountability, relationship reparation, and harm reduction.
