Trident is a mission and values-driven organisation
Our mission is to help develop and create institutions and organisations that are respectful, open, inclusive, and free of harassment. We do this through the delivery of context-specific workshops, dialogues, and trainings that are centered on issues of sexual misconduct, diversity and inclusion, and restorative justice.
Integrity
Tackling difficult topics requires trust. Trident acts with integrity, and is committed to honest and transparent interactions with clients and participants. Following through on commitments, listening with an open ear, and delivering on clients’ needs is a key element of work with Trident.
